It'll be more or less hidden behind the BNC from a lot of angles in the southwest. Here's a little before/after from this angle, the TdlB is just out of shot behind the Broccolini towers.

Photo trouvée sur le site web du projet. Ce que je trouve le plus frappant c'est le choix de matériaux sur la tour... je pensais qu'on parlait d'un revêtement en verre ou au moins du spandrel....?

Here you go! (photo cred @eldiablophoto on Instagram) Completely agree with you. The skyline driving in from the bonaventure expy is a whole other beast. That said, a 250m wouldnt hurt.

The lady in the video is saying that their company also helps overseas buyers get settled down in the area (find schools, deal with finances, etc). Nothing about the building itself.
