    Par contre personne se promène sur RL pour le fun, le seul but étant de s’y rendre de point A à B. Il n’y a aucune animation ou signe de vie au niveau de la rue. Donc il faut se demander: la différence entre le REM tel qu’illustrée dans tes photos ou status quo? Aussi mieux d’avoir le REM.
