Has anyone seen the construction boys back to work? or is it still holidays?

What's the delivery expectation for this project? Since they started construction in june, how long do you guys think it will take to build? The reps at Tom are really vague saying end of 2016 or some time in 2017. I'm just curious as to what mtlurb thinks..

Although I'm losing my patience I still have faith in this project.

Does anyone have any updates or recent info? I called in October, I was told in the next 60 days but obviously nothing has started yet.
