The noise is awful (traffic on dollard, fire department, ambulances) also very close to electrical pillars.... if salley street changes vocation to become residential it could be ok for residential development if not, institutional or commercial would be a better choice. Hospital, Library, 2 Arenas and sports complex, 3 elementary schools french and english, many stores and clinics, light industrial zone with many jobs, bike paths, parks and public transit are within a 5-10 min walk. Basically, you don't need a car and the fact that it would be built next to the aqueduct and electrical pillars would give it unblocked views and breathing room.
