Oui pour le bassin 4 :
- Au sud de Basin, un bassin de rétention (qui appartient toujours à Parcs Canada). J'imagine que l'aménagement sera similaire à celui du bassin 3
- Au nord de Basin, un parc qui appartient à la Ville et qui sera entretenu par l'arrondissement. Le parc devrait s'appeler parc du Bassin-à-Bois

Tous les terrains publics au Sud de Basin appartiennent à Parcs Canada, tous ceux au Nord à la Ville de Montréal.

Does anyone know if there going to zone or build over the Artissimo building across from Bassin Du Havre? I would like to know if there's going to be any view obstruction in the future  for south facing units of Bassin Du Havre project.

The last info from last year is that they want to keep the building as is, maybe just renovate the facade. One of the writers on this forum, Habsfan, is the manager of this building and would know more. There is a thread on that building:

You're welcome! I must say though that eventually I now believe this building will be put down and the zoning changed to allow the construction of a condominium complex with up to 8 floors. The site is just too good to pass up, especially with the REM station nearby in 2021 and the expected development coming to the area south of the Peel Basin.

Yeah I have that feeling too. If it does happen, I wonder how much it would affect the property value of those Bassins Du Havre condo units facing the canal. I guess your views are never protected unless your facing the ocean.

As an owner of a unit in Quai 1 facing the canal myself, I have no doubt it wouldn't affect the property value one bit, as the view we're looking for is the canal itself, not what we can see behind that building, which is a bunch of containers, industrial lots and Costco.
