When family physician Farshid Razaghi immigrated to Quebec five years ago, he couldn't speak French and the province didn't recognize his Iranian medical credentials.

 

But determined to work as a doctor, Razaghi, 39, aced the exams leading to the Canadian medical licence and its U.S. equivalent. Now trilingual, he also has an Office de la langue francaise proficiency certificate.

God bless Quebec for making life so hard for foreign trained doctors to practice here, even after passing exams here in Canada / Quebec. Honestly if they got rid of the damn language law, Montreal and the rest of the province would grow in more ways than one. Down with Bill 101.
