Moderne ? On retrouve une multitude de buildings de la sorte à Atlanta, Dallas, Houston , la grande majorité construits dans les années 80/90

I count 24 floors including the concrete elevator shafts that protrude in the middle. So if my count is correct and the tower has a total of 28 floors we are looking at an additional 3 to 4 floors to be added. Of course depending on the total of 28....does 28 include a 13th floor and does 28 floors also include underground floors?? Let's wait and see....
