Air Transat in last week’s schedule update filed planned Airbus A321 Trans-Atlantic service, mainly operating from Montreal and Quebec City. The A321neo LR aircraft will gradually serving following markets from May 2019.

Montreal – Lisbon eff 03MAY19 1 weekly (Except 21JUN10 – 01OCT19)
Montreal – London Gatwick 19JUN19 – 18SEP19 1 weekly
Montreal – Marseille eff 06MAY19 1 weekly (Except 13JUN19 – 13OCT19)
Montreal – Nantes eff 06MAY19 1 weekly (Except 11JUN19 – 24SEP19)
Montreal – Nice eff 02MAY19 2 weekly (3 weekly from 14MAY19)

Wow, 'gradually' is correct. Taking into account the exception dates, it looks like there will be the equivalent of ONE TS A321 performing Trans-Atlantic from YUL during all of July and August, supplemented by a second plane two days a week (a total of 9 weekly departures). Transat's venerable A310s will be flying for awhile yet. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Air Transat first A321LR to be delayed by four to six weeks

October 15, 2018

Air Transat president Jean-Francois Lemay said Airbus expects a four to six week delay in deliveries of the carrier’s initial A321LR, due to issues related to the engines (Reuters/Bloomberg, 12-Oct-2018). The first A321LR is due to the carrier in early 2019, with a second scheduled for delivery around Mar-2019.
