Le style asiatique... tu veux dire ce qu'on faisait en Chine il y a belle lurette? 

La Chine d'aujourd'hui est moderne, et bien que je comprends ton point, je me demande si ce serait pas kitch pour les chinois de faire dans le "faux vieux"? Je ne m'y connais pas, je fais simplement l'avocat du diable. Peut-être que on peut rendre ça plus "chinois" avec de l'affichage en chinois classe.

I know what you mean and I have to agree with MDCM on that ; ''Asian-looking'' architecture, as I think you're referring to, tends to be a little passé and quite frankly has just become mere folklore. Not sure how the new generation would relate to it. I for one really liked these old looks but I'm not in a position to speak for Chinatown's residents. 

There's a new Calgary's Chinatown proposal that a SSP member recently brought up on the forum that I think is worth checking. You still get the Asian city vibe but in a much more current way. Very evocative but less gimmicky.

C'est bien intéressant comme projet. J'aime beaucoup.

Un mur rideau faisant face au Palais de justice semble être un excellent concept,  Sur le plan urbanistique. 'Bien hâte de voir monter ce projet mixte!

En passant ce soir j'ai vu qu'ils avaient installé l affiche  du projet  voici les photos  . Désolé pour la qualité mais si on regarde il propose juste des appartements de luxe il n'y a pas  d'annonce d'hôtel.
