Quoique la question demeure , on a vu les élévations (schémas) déposés à la Ville il y a des mois qui correspondent en tout point au design choisi . Pourquoi BN n’a toujours pas tenu une conférence de presse afin de divulger ces détails ?

10’ high ceilings x 46 = 460’ or 140 meters. Add in a few meters at the top. If it’s 12’ high then 552’’ or 168 meters with a few added in maybe 180.  Either way not 200. 

Plus i really only count 43 floors. Place Victoria is 47 stories and it’s under 200 meters. I want it to be 200+ but I’m just don’t see it unless they do something unusual ( super high lobby, antennae at the top, unusually high ceilings per floor) but that’s not showing in the drawings.

Even with 10' ceilings (possibly higher for prestige office space) there would be space for services between the floor slab and underside of ceiling. Realistically a minimum of 14' floor to floor. That and the base and the crown, which are essentially double or triple height areas and I think 200m is well within reach.

Parce que ces détails ont déjà été rendus public et tu continues à t'obstiner. Les tours à bureau modernes n'ont pas des étages de 10'. Le One Vanderbilt en construction à NYC a déjà atteint +160 m avec moins de 30 étages de construits.

Ok no worries. I’m just questioning how they’re doing this. Even with 13 foot ceiling like PV it’s still comes up short but hey I’ll go with the flow. I’m not trying to burst anyone’s bubble, I’ll be glad to be wrong in this case.

Ok thanks for the explanation. It’ll be be a tall building given the floor count then.

De toute façon, ils devraient le faire bientôt puisque la construction doit commencer a l'automne, je sais que ce jour est attendu avec grande impatience.
