MSDL gave a speach, they said there will be colab areas, a conference centre and a next generation bank branch. The terrace on top of the entrance will be where the cafeteria is.  This will be the tallest building in Montréal,  they said they chose a simpler architecture so that it will reflect the beauty of the sky and surrounding green space. There will be space for 400 bikes and electric cars.

Yes, they spoke a lot about the green roof, but did not mention if it was open to the public.
