What an outright generalization, with echoes of fake news!

You shall know that any developers originating from the PRC (or any other country, for that matter) have to abide by workers rights, and construction / building rules of the country, state / province and even city where they're intending to build.

Ça m'étonnerait: le bureau des ventes est encore au stade larvaire (sous forme d'empilades de bois)... Mais je ne demande qu'à être agréablement surpris; l'immobilier montréalais est de plus en plus exubérant!

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils n'ont pas mis le bureau des ventes au RC de YUL, c'est vide.

Oui, le bureau des ventes m'a bien l'air en construction et la palissade a (presque) fini d'être installée.

I am really surprised they are not building a sales office on the site. With the palisade going up, it means that they will begin construction shortly, Quinzecent will be finished around the same time as YUL phase 2, RL will be truly transformed!
