Le vieux Montréal et sa tonne de restaurants est à quelques minutes à pied .

Concernant l'intégration de la façade préservée, il y a déjà eu ce croquis (2014) qui montrait deux façades conservées ainsi que la corniche réinstallée. 

D'ailleurs, l'allure générale de ce croquis se mêle très bien avec la nouvelle tour prévue. 

C'est peut-être une raison pourquoi la nouvelle tour paraît décalée vers l'est et ne serait plus collée sur la rue Gauvin.

C'est officiel, on est de retour 35 ans en arrière en terme d'architecture. Même l'esquisse sketchée à la main en témoigne. On faisait ça en 1985. Je prends la hauteur améliorée, toutefois.

Ça ressemble étrangement à l'édifice que projetait de construire Westcliff dans les années 80 : le fameux projet Cité International. Chaque fois que je me rendais à mon bureau dans la Tour de la Bourse, je voyais cette maudite pancarte qui est demeuré là pendant plus d'une dizaine d'années si ce n'est pas plus.

Développement intéressant mais il s'agit effectivement d'une architecture dépassée . Je m'attendais à un standard plus élevé que l'Avenue qui jusqu'à maintenant ne cessait de m'impressionner . Encore une fois on peut toujours être surpris !
