franktko answered me a few weeks ago that: " It is 120m this land but on the other side of the street Gauvin, where the project Univers was supposed to go up, it is 200 + m".  

I did not hear anything that could make me believe that there was a possibility of a second round. That would be nice (I like the design of the model) - except that the second tower should be built on the other side of Gauvin Street where it can be built bigger.

Wow c’est la premiere fois que j’entends parler du projet univers. Les rendus semblaient tres beaux. Que s’est-il passé ? Demande trop faible ?
