So 3 to 6 floor bases with a 38 floor tower...seems to me that the tower will be between 41 and 44 floors ?????

Tu peux compter les étages sur la maquette. Il y a 35-36 étages.

I want  to see what will be left. Given Broccolini is the builder, the tower's location and its architecture, I am interested in buying. From what you have written in your post, I  may have shown interest too late (Johnny come lately) to get the more inexpensive units.My first real interest in a project, therefore, naive as to the manner of horning in on the action.  It's a testimony to the affinity buyers now have for the Mtl. DT market.

Il y a comme un peu de Victoire en lui. C'est rafraîchissant. Une belle composition, voire une belle mixité.

I like it! Mieux que l'esquisse, aucun doute là dessus. Moins art déco et plus moderne selon ce que je vois avec les saillies et jeux de volume. Utilisation du noir fait du bien et d'une couleur beige pâle s'apparentant aux colonnes de béton de la Tour de la Bourse. Bring the pepine.

Pour ce projet j'avais un peu perdu confiance en Broccolini, mais je dois avouer qu'avec cette nouvelle maquette, c'est plus encourageant.
