Thank you Rocco and vincethewipet, i have already contact the service@gallery. Hope they are gone seal it ASAP for me. since the winter is coming, and i have been living in for 1 year already... sigh..

But i dont see it for other side.

 

There is a facebook group for Phase 1 with concerns and comments.

Gallery Lofts Phase 1

But we prefer consider it as a group for the Phase 1 Community (news, social, conversation), not just a complain-fest-center (there are other resources for that).

update from the developer. 

They will make a flashing to seal the crack.  There is no danger of water or snow though as everything is sealed with the membrane and insulation and can not seep into the wall.

 

I will advise when they will come to install the piece to conceal the crack.
