From a distance, and preferably in the evening, definitely not. But during the day and from Bleury St., the base is particularly not harmonious: southern red brick wall, northeastern cinder block wall... ugh. ?

I like imagining switching the cladding and colours between the black (spandrel / glass?) section at bottom left of bldg. (when seen from across Bleury), with the least esthetic quasi-random light grey protruding prefab sections!

The predominant darker prefab section is also bland, but definitelt not as invasive as many other lighter-coloured grey / beige prefab bldgs built within the last 15 years.

The day something of medium height (15-20 floors / 65 m) gets built across Bleury, the least esthetic part of this bldg. will slowly fade into oblivion, while surrounding beauties (ONF, Brivia's tower on Phillips Sq.?, tower on north side of Le Smith?) will rise & shine for the upcoming decades!
