Oh it's so hard to  stay within the confines of the suject matter, so tempting to digress! Before I do so, let me observe that a passion for Art Deco (a style common in the 1920s/1930s) appears to be erupting here on this forum.  I find nothing wrong with it, but I think more emphasis on the urbanistic implications of the project would be warranted. *

Now allow me the fun of a  brief digression--To you, Sir Rocco: There is just no replacement for your kind of humor!  But for it to be truly appreciated, one needs to read the full set of your huge contributions.

*  Hey, do I have a personal opinion in this regard?  --Yes, but I feel it requires further thinking before publishing.

Excellente nouvelle ce nouveau projet. Le skyline de Montréal qui s'élargit encore plus vers l'ouest. Dommage que le projet du Waldorf Astoria n'ai jamais vu le jour, cat il aurait permis une percée du skyline  plus au nord.

Quelqu'un peut m'expliquer la différence avec le Fil « EstWest condos (Square Children’s) - 2 x 27 étages » que l'on retrouve sur Projets Approuvés?

Est-ce à dire que les deux autres immeubles que l'on voit sur le rendus ci-haut  (ceux que l'on aperçoit à l'extrême gauche et l'extrême de droite) sont soumis à approbation ou non encore approuvés? D'après vous seront-ils aussi construits?

EstWest sont 2 tours sur les 6 du Square Childrens. Il y aura d'autres phases qui auront probablement un autre nom. Ce fil est pour le projet global.
