Et bin........Le wellington offre déjà 7 électroménagers et c'est le projet le moins dispendieux au centre-ville à ma connaissance. J'aurai faite un dépot si le promoteur n'avait pas changer le plan 1 semaine après ma visite, ils ont rapetisser la toilette pour en ajouter 1 autre, ajouter une nouvelle pièce minable pour supposer être un bureau à aire ouverte.

 

Bref, 2 toilettes + 1 pièce inutilisable et le refus du promoteur de répondre à mes communications m'ont convaincus d'aller voir ailleurs

My plan also changed like kingheo but I actually prefer the new setup. A two bedroom 1 washroom became 2 bed+den and 2 bathroom. The bedrooms kitchen and living room remained intact. The den, although small, is still more practical than the oversized depot. The two bathroom are indeed much smaller but I slightly prefer it over a huge bathroom that has both bathtub and shower in the same area.

 

I have my own agent and it is possible to negotiate, although not much in projects that have higher hopes of selling.
