Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux Jérôme Ferrer has come up trumps once more on TripAdvisor. The review site's "Travellers' Choice Awards" has named Europea the best restaurant in Canada and the 11th best in the world. As such, the de la Montagne spot sits just behind the likes of El Celler de Can Roca, Alinea and Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons.

"A masterpiece. Four hours of food, wine, creative food presentation, great atmosphere and a dining experience we will always remember," is the quote TripAdvisor cites to accompany the accolade.
