All I know/heard is that 600 Peel was going to be the next group/phase to start after TDC 3. Most likely mid 2019/early 2020, but I haven't heard of it being TDC 4 or anything else honestly. I mean we still have to wait for possible zoning changes for 600 Peel and all that too and I don't know when that'll start.

La photo date un peu mais vient d'être publiée sur le FB de Tour des Canadiens. Au sud de la tour il y aura vraisemblablement des maisons de ville. Je ne me souviens plus exactement où mais j'ai lu que le club des canadiens s'arreterait à la Tdc3 et qu'il ne voulait plus associer sa marque à d'autres projets de condos. Je serais très surpris de voir une Tdc4

Heureusement, je ne crois plus que le marché Montréalais ait encore besoin de tels trucs, ou "gimmicks", pour vendre un projet.
