Yup in fact there was a condo project there about oh ... 5ish or so years ago rather modest project for that part of town. Anyhow the thing never got built which may be a good thing if we see something taller in the future.

 

Wasn't this site of a rumoured Hilton about a year ago (haven't looked at the Cancelled stuff).

Yes it is west of YUL..

Could it be ??? A Panzini project comes back from the graveyard of cancelled projects!!

 

The Hilton project would replace the Maritime just across the street now that the Maritime is closed...bingo the hotel part of the Hilton can take over for those lost rooms and the tower is more condos!!

 

This looks like a great project...let's hope that it finally gets the go ahead!!
