I walked by there last week, no one lives in the town houses yet. Finishing touches.

If you look inside, you will see that the construction workers are using them as office/cafeteria.

Yeah, sales are really bad for those but the asked price is not bad per sf. Dunno what is the issue.

Maybe the Youth Hostel right in front with constant tourists and partygoers coming in and out.... Who in their right mind would want to spend a million dollar to be in the backyard of a cheap Hostel???

Is there any place DT MTL without prostitutes or homeless in the first place? I had to have custom built 6' high planters to not have transexual sex workers fuck on my terrace, not joking. So it shouldn't be an issue.
