Leméac's owner, Richard Bastien, has a new project in sight. Indeed, he will be opening a new bistro-style restaurant with his son, Jérémie, who will be in charge of the establishment. The restaurant will be located in Old Montreal, in the heart of the Penny Lane residential project, and will be named Le Monarque. The official opening is scheduled for spring 2015!
