J'ai vu ca retournant chez moi dans la vitrine de L'Hotel Maritime. C'est la premiere fois je vois ca dans la vitrine donc je presume que c'est tout nouveau. Anyhow looks to have about 35 or so stories vs 21 in 2007.

Was shown as approved by Ville-Marie at least since April (200 condos). I added this info to the 2007 thread.

On s'est dit la même chose au moment de démolir le Singer Building.
