Saw a new rendering for the project today ,on the montagne street side a two storey white  panel building used as a lobby entrenance to 975 Lucien L’Allier & an underground parking entrance going downhill , no more Mc Donalds on the right.The first floor was about 30-35 feet high & the second 20-25 feet high, looks like maybe open all the way up in the inside lobby. The building connects directly to 975 Lucien L’Allier building. 

The 975 Lucien L’allier has a gold rectangle   In the middle  facing Montagne street 30 floors up .If the y stick to the renderings this will be a beauty. Soory architecte said no photos yet, but these where plans summited to city.

Not a chance McDonald's will go, they're making too much money at this spot. Greenlobster didn't see it on the rendering because it's kind of hidden, but it's still there.
