C'est sûr qu'on est au bon endroit pour ça. Mais j'aimerais bien que ce ne soit pas nécessairement du 40 étages d'ordinaireté drabe. C'est un souhait.

Le terrain est trop petit pour supporter du 40 étages. C'est la densité maximale qui va déterminer la hauteur du building et non les règlements sur les hauteurs...

I seem to remember something to the effect that Point Zero bought/took over a cancelled project in Quartier International or thereabouts.. Read it a few months ago In a conseil d'arrondissement. Pretty sure I printed the info/link in that cancelled project thread. I think the former firm had to pay a penalty and Point Zero will take over and build themselves if I remember correctly. It's possible that they'll be concentrating at that one for now.
