Somewhat off-topic, but the Honda dealership building will be demolished early 2019. "Condos" is what they told me.

Wow, that's a scoop. Tks! Chaque fois que je passe là, je me dis que le Honda ne durera pas longtemps, au rythme où vont les choses. Et paf.

It's a useful location for me. I bought my car there when I used to live downtown. I work in Old Montreal just a few blocks south of the dealership so when I take it in for the day I get "free parking" really. Now their repair shop is moved to Nun's Island. I don't see how that will work out for most of their existing customer base.

I think they will also demolish the brown brick building next door too. Used to be some audio place.
