Prices are a solid +15-20% compared to Phase 1 and parkings are +30%, but about the same as phase 2 indeed. That said, phase 2 has the best views, the best access to the gym and indoor pool and is facing a park too. Also phase 2 had floors with 10 foot+ ceilings.

Layout of the buildings are horrendous. Most of the units have views directly on the other building windows. So few units can boast a Canal view. Terrible integration, who would want to live in such abysmal conditions?

8 months out of the year the canal is an open pit, not much to look at there either....

plus montreal is not NYC, miami or barcelona with respect to vistas
