On the negative side for me , I am going to be loosing a portion of my view ( no more Olympic Stadium) the day Brivia builds on 1215 Philips.

I am not sure where TOM is going, but it looks like nothing in the brochure. The lobby is so much fancier in the brochure. It is suppose to have the letters TOM at the front desk, but I guess they are too cheap. Oh well.

Suivre la construction du Tom pour les Montréalais doit être un peu comme suivre la construction de la Colisée dans le temps des Romains en termes de vitesse de progrès. Voilà, un an plus tard et ils ont avancé un peu la façade !

Colisée de Rome, Sagrada Familia,.. le TOM va certainement entrer dans la légende. Bravo à ceux qui ont eu la vision d'acheter là!

L'édifice sera probablement terminé juste à temps pour commencer les premières rénovations !!!
