Really slow for >80% sold...you'd figure the cash flow is healthy.

Guys, it's only normal that anything being built below, and on ground level, is pretty much all-ways relatively slow-rising! Then construction seems to accelerate once 2nd floor and other podium floors are built, and it furthermore goes rather speedily for the regular superior floors, and then it finally seems to slow down a bit for the mecanical floors and the capping.

 

This prevails for Mtl, NYC, HK or Dubai, albeit lots of projects are being built 24 hrs / 7 days elsewhere, whereas 8 hrs / 5 days is the local standard (to avoid paying unionized time-and-a-half, double-time and other salary surcharges here). And i fully stand by those socio-economic protections!

 

Mtl's ben on fire for almost a decade! Get a grip, folks!
