It actually opened once - maybe four or five months ago but closed the next day. It's the weirdest thing or maybe they just realized there was no need for another generic burger place in this part of town hehe. Can't wait for someone to take over as this corner is an eyesore in its current state and there is definitely some potential there, it's long overdue!!

Several buildings on Saint-Catherine are planned to be completely redone.  

• 1221 Saint-Catherine W.: The virgin mobile building is for rent with a brand new design.
• 1383-1389 Saint Catherine W.: They plan to demolish the Kojax, Bench, Prohibition stores and have several replacement options.
