I really doubt Sunrise will go there .... HMV Peel is or was too big    this is why im worried .... it might stay an elephant

Probably not. It is one of the most central retail location in Montreal... It is a great spot for a flagship. Express, if they ever wished to open a location here, that would be a perfect spot for them. 

Don't forget that retailers are a little afraid with all the construction on Sainte-Catherine coming up. This one might take a little time to lease.

Juste à continuer le H&M l'autre bord de la rue, pas besoin d'éclairer leur intérieur ils économiserait en électricité!

Nothing prevent them from subdividing the space into smaller locations.

hopefully, apple moves to this location, they have a history of integrating/restoring historical buildings and they've been looking for a larger footprint downtown for a few years now.

Thats a great idea. The location they're in right now is always full and claustrophobic
