Je me demande qu'est-ce que ce projet !? Il est directement sur le quadrilatère du Théâtre Quat'sous et les bâtiments autour sont en bon état et de valeur historique.

Le projet se situe plus au coin de Roy et Coloniale. B et C étant sur le lot vacant sur Roy au coin de Coloniale

J'habite rue de Bullion! Je crois que je vais pourvoir vous amener régulièrement des photos du chantier!

Ce projet a surement prit du retard car ils prévoyaient la livraison pour juillet 2011 et le batiment principale qui occupe l'espace n'est toujours pas démoli. Bref, le projet aura comme nom officiel ''Le Waldman'' et on peut en savoir davantage ici.

According to that picture there may be no window on Des Pins but i am sure they will put some once they get there. This is surely not the final and exact rendering of the project. It is probably more to give an example of the scale of the project along with the location.
