  2. Read More There are currently no phones on the market that use the 700 MHz band. It will be interesting to see if Videotron puts together an agreement with a US mobile provider to reduce roaming fees, just like WIND did for an extra $15/month* unlimited roaming in the US. If Videotron does come out with an interesting plan to compete against Rogers/Fido, Telus and Bell. I might as well switch. It would be nice if Videotron would have a plan that would match WIND or Mobilicity. Another thing that I suspected years ago, Videotron would buy WIND and Mobilicity to also increase their footprint (it might still happen but who knows). * $65/month - Unlimited calls within Canada/US, Unlimited Data within Canada/US, Unlimited SMS within Canada/US + Voicemail / Caller ID Videotron has a similar plan but you can't roam in the US/Canada but it is $72/month with 6GB of data. I did find something online talking about the 700 MHz upper and lower band.

    Google Fiber

Read more at http://9to5google.com/#KtzmPqKgJf6xvBI3.99 1 Gbps with unlimited data all for $70/month Damn you Kansas City (Kansas / Missouri) Oh yah did I forget 1TB of space in Google Drive.
  4. Those are 3 of the 14 phones they are suppose to be carrying. (Courtesy of Boy Genius Report) Now this really sucks that they are not in Quebec. I just hope Videotron will have something like this! 2010 should be an interesting year seeing Telus and Bell are suppose to be switching over to 3.5G/4G All I can hope for Videotron and Globalive have some sort of arrangement, if so the big three will suffer greatly.
  5. Cellcom Israel $71 USD/month (270 shekels) Unlimited incoming calls from Anywhere Unlimited incoming SMS (not sure if that includes Canada) Unlimited Data (GPRS only) could be 3G True I had no idea if this includes call display or whatever Thing is I just have to pay local rates for calls within Israel. Honestly why can't any service provider do that in Canada. We have more people for the love of god! I have a feeling I'll be using a lot of MSN Messenger on my phone. Seeing I know no one will SMS me or even call lol
  6. (Courtesy of Public Mobile) Thing is they are going to use CDMA G-Band. They are targeting the 38% of Canadians who do not have mobile phones. Seems interesting. Only way this can work if their plans are like $10/month or something.

SMS is killing me. Rogers is making a killing off me thats for sure It was like 0.66$/txt when I was in the US. Thank god I only sms like 80+ times, honestly that still I just checked its 0.25$/txt to the US or something I have a feeling my next bill the texting will be like $250. I just we had an unlimited international sms plan or something. There is one carrier in the US has an unlimited plan for international sms, not sure for what cities though
