MONTREAL, April 23 /CNW Telbec/ - The 5th edition of the SIAL Montréal International Food Exhibition opens today at the Palais des congrès de Montréal convention center. Throughout April 23, 24 and 25, the show will welcome 14,000 agri-food professionals from all over the globe. Some 550 companies from Canada, the U.S. and 30 other countries will be converging on the 200,000+ sq. ft. (18,600 sq. m.) exhibition floor.
