    I feel like this pattern thing on the balcony is either a "really love" or "really hate" thing. Personally, I really hate it. Extremely ugly, especially for a building situated at the core location of Griffintown.

    There will be a new store opening at the corner of de la Montagne and Wellington called Pamai. A plant + bubble tea store. (http://www.pamai.ca/en/home/) Prime location in Griffintown.

    Anybody purchasing X16 unit, and were informed today or recently that the balcony size is smaller AGAIN!? In our original floor plan the balcony supposed to be 92 sqft, but now cuts to like half: 43sqft. The worst thing is this is their 2nd time changing the plan, with the 1st change make it to 63 sqft. Very ridiculous service, how come they make changes like this? Anybody is impacting from this, is there anything at all we can do?

    So does that mean in terms of common space, phase 2 will only have Swimming pool. Phase 1 will have both Terrace and the gym??

    Did someone get contacted by a notary? With the proposed delivery date Mar 15th coming.... I am assuming the notary should start contacting us now?

    I received one letter in early Dec mentioning the delivery will start at mid-March this year... no any news after and now it's late Jan... I will be seriously surprised if they can deliver the project on time...

    To be honest I doubt the unit will be delivered by March/April..
