  1. It feels like it's getting modern but without losing the class and charm of its past . I like those kind of decorations , the architecture and the integration of a bunch of different styles together . I would have liked a minor recladding (not necessary to go big here) or maybe a bigger wow factor on the main entrance on RL boulevard . In a general feeling I think it looks good .

The fourth crane dissapeared quickly . Was it really worth it just for the sake of having 4 cranes and brag about it ? Or was there an actual utility ?
  5. Or Devimco really did buy all the grey paint available .

Montreal is really stepping up its game . I'm really excited to see all those projects going up and to know we won awards for this particular one . It's a great time to be in Montreal !!
  10. Did anyone ever think about pushing the yellow line under St-Denis street that could act as a second Orange Line , an express one with only one stop out of two ? Seems much more logical to me since all we need to do is to keep building in tunnel and linking to Mont-Royal , Rosemont , Jean-Talon , maybe Crémazie and then make the line go to the east to Montréal-Nord . The problem is not to get more people downtown , it's that the Orange Line between Jean-Talon and Berri (probably even further) is not able to keep up with the demand today . For that diagonal metro line , it seems feasible but I have trouble understanding how we can connect it to Bonaventure with this station being already deep enough (22.6m if I remember correctly) . McGill is already saturated with every possible mass transit connection (and the REM is coming) . Really interesting project though , all it needs is the actual push and proof that it can be done .
  11. Agreed , but St-Antoine street is still gonna be a pain in the ass that splits this future would-be square . The offramp from Ville-Marie expressway is still gonna be there and pedestrians won't get a proper and safe walking environment until something is done .

It's beautiful !
