Thanks! I will try to see if I can get the price reduce with an offer.. it is at 70% sold and I was hoping they would rather get some units sold at a discount. Wasn't sure if price were firm.

I am very interested in this building, but i don't get why the parking spot (50k) is so expensive for Griffintown! Has any one had any experience/luck negotiating a price for pre-constructed buildings?

I Agree. I think it was TDC1 or 2 that was charging 60K for parking and that area is much more expensive than Griffintown. I don't know if they are charging a premium because it is the YOO but i found it wierd to have such a high price for parking. -
Bonjour a tous, Je suis nouveau sur ce site et je ne suis pas sur si c'est le forum pour cette question mais esce possible de faire une offre pour un nouveau condo ou faut-il donner le prix demander? Je suis interesser dans le projet YOO mais le 50,000$+tax pour un parking est simplement trop pour moi.
