What a bunch of fucking whiners. You're about to get a metro station in your area, how are they unable to see the upside of that? "I'm outraged that Montreal is booming and adding world-class infrastructure that will end up actually making my life EASIER in 4 years because I am CURRENTLY being inconvenienced!!" Fuck off.

Before telling actual train users to "fuck off" as you said, how about putting yourself in their shoes for one minute? I've been living in the West Island for now 9 years, and I know a lot of people who have moved there with their families and bought a house because they already had a train service during weekdays and the week-ends. No need to drive to downtown with all the headaches of remaining in traffic jam, paying for gas, finding a parking lot in downtown, which would be very busy most of the time... Even for their children, it's very convenient to use the train and go to school or to the university near the existing train stations. I know that many of the teachers, who are working in some of the schools in Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough, because my mother works there as well, live in areas like Laval or Deux-Montagnes and they can use the train from one of the stations in those areas and get down at Roxboro-Pierrefonds and Sunnybrooke train stations to go to work. Now, they are all wondering what they are going to do when there will be no more train service with all the overtime they have to do at work, and with their children they have to pick up or leave at the daycare... Using their cars, making a big detour through the different roads and highways while remaining in traffic jam, or using alternative public transports, which would be less efficient than the actual train service, are not convenient alternatives for them...
