Immeuble d'une dizaine d'étages en rénovation sur Bleury au sud de Ste-Catherine, côté est, just au sud du Spectrum.

Savez-vous de quoi il s'agit?

Purely speculating, but given what's written on the trailer on the left of Gilbert's photo, could be that there was some sort of infiltration between the masonry (exposed grey) wall and the beige covering that's being removed. I seem to remember that the pieces of wood were added a while back to reinforce the beige wall because it was starting to sag.

Also speculating here, but maybe the building is being prepped in advance of new neighbors. That is, for when the Spectrum is demolished and the lot becomes a construction site.
