He makes an error when he says "Montréal is the capital of Québec" but it's a really good show. Interesting how Bourdain highlighted St-Viateur Bagel and Zimmern chose Fairmount. The battle for bagel supremacy continues!

La preuve que ça ne fait pas de sens d'avoir un gros village comme capitale. Le réflexe naturel, c'est que la métropole, c'est aussi la capitale. Surtout dans une entité de la grosseur démographique du Québec. Mais bon, c'est un autre débat...........
