Hmm, those are weird and somewhat contradictory results, pulling in several directions at once. Don't know what to make of it.

Then again, probably shouldn't give this too much stock, trends over 1 year in housing are rarely of much significance. I wonder if they have 10-year figures?

The way I understand it is that it asks architects questions about their current year (projects at hand) and compile that info.
